Tasting Notes:
Second Chapter Sparkling White 2018 (Winery - $35)
Varietals: Gewurztraminer, Viognier & Chardonnay. Crisp & Vibrant. Brilliant floral nose. Honey
& lemon.
Louis Jadot Beaune Clos des Couchereaux 2015 ( BCLS - $95)
Wild strawberry, briary and blackcurrant scents entwined with fine mineralité and tension. The palate is
medium-bodied with supple red berry fruit, a gentle grip, neatly integrated oak and very fine detail on the
finish.
Domaine Drouhin Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2015 (BCLS - $57)
Dried flowers, violets and orchids. Cherry and raspberry undertones, too. Medium to full body with an incredible
polished texture. Ripe and round tannins and a fresh and vibrant finish.
Shea Wine Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2014 (Winery ~ $68)
Black cherry, hints of rose petal, and subtle spice notes. The palate is defined by lush blue and black fruit
with a long finish and fine-grained tannins.
Felton Road Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2016 (BCLS - $91)
Wonderfully perfumed, with lavender, white pepper and green tea notes, cherry and raspberry
flavors. Polished tannins still provide some grip on the finish, where white truffle and forest floor
details linger.
Blue Mountain Reserve Pinot Noir 2016 (Winery - $46)
Ripe sour cherry/strawberry jam fruit aromas set within perfect oak spicing, evergreen, clove and a touch of
meatiness.
Tantalus Riesling Ice Wine 2017 (Winery ~ $75)
Beautiful sweetness balanced by tart acidity.
