Top Bridge - Errington Loop

Errington, BC

Directions:

Drive to the Chattell Road entrance to Englishman River Regional Park (49.2978,-124.2665) and park at the Top Bridge parking lot.  Ride down the hill and over the walking bridge to start the ride.

Conditions:

After you leave the park the route is rural paved roads until you get back into the park at the west end.  The park trail is a service road for the park for the most part and it is packed gravel (looser in some parts) and reasonable for wide tired bicycles.

The roads have some traffic, but it is typically light.

The Trip:

There is a large hill on the return which would be some work if you didn't have an eBike.  But the bulk of the route is fairly level. 

There are a few estate homes and farms along Middlegate Road that are interesting to see and there is a very well supplied farmers selling box along that road as well.
